Koenma enters Yusuke into the first tournament arc in order to learn the secret abilities of Genkai (Also to win some grade A seats at Budokan). While he doesn't seem all that interested, things heat up when he learns some Rando enters the tournmant to learn Genkai's secrets for evil. The tournament turns sour when he runs into an old friend, plays carnival games, and gets into a fight with Ninja Big Boss.
